The blueprints are considered project outputs that will reflect the holistic project experience with the implementation of MOOC-based micro-credentials. They aim to provide recommendations to national educational decision-makers and other stakeholders, including higher education institutions, teacher communities, non-governmental organizations, public bodies, and enterprises, for the uptake and utilization of micro-credentials. Three blueprints for the target countries Albania, Montenegro, and Ukraine will be developed and widely distributed.
