Course learning objectives: the micro-credential aims to equip participants with the knowledge, skills, and practical strategies needed to promote active global citizenship in educational contexts, fostering responsibility, democratic participation, and social cohesion.
Course structure: The micro-credential includes three courses that were accredited by ASCAP as stand-alone micro-credentials:
- Micro-credential 1: European Legislation for Educating European Citizens (1.5 ECT, 40 hours)
- Micro-credential 2: Basic skills of being a European citizen (1.5 ECT, 40 hours)
- Micro-credential 3: Education of Active Citizenship for a Global Society in Schools (1.5 ECT, 40 hours)
Course accreditation: the micro-credential was accredited by the Agency of Quality Assurance for Pre-university Education ASCAP (Decision No 24) on October 23, 2025 and registered in the National System of Registration RASH. Validity period: 4 years.
