Course learning objectives: The micro-credential aims to develop teachers’ skills in applying creative and innovative teaching methods in STEAM education and effectively using STEAM-related resources and technologies in their professional practice.
Course structure: The micro-credential includes three Massive Open Online Courses (MOOCs):
- MOOC 1: STEAM Education: Opportunities and Challenges (2 ECTS / 60 hours);
- MOOC 2: Creative Thinking and Creative Methods in Teaching (2 ECTS / 60 hours);
- MOOC 3: Implementing Creative Teaching Methods in STEAM Education (2 ECTS / 60 hours).
Course accreditation: the micro-credential was accredited by the Cherkasy State Technological University according to the Decision of the Academic Council meeting (Protocol No.10 dated 19.05.2025), Order of ChSTU No.164/03-03 dated 19.05.2025. Validity period: 5 years.
