Volume of the Micro-credential: 4 ECTS (110 hours)
Course learning objectives: the micro-credential aims to equip participants with essential skills for creating and delivering massive open online courses (MOOCs) and assessing their effectiveness, thereby supporting educators in developing as MOOC providers.
Course structure: The micro-credential includes six substantial courses, supplemented by an Introduction (3 hours) and Final test (7 hours):
- MOOC 1: Understanding MOOCS (10 hours)
- MOOC 2: Pedagogical Framework (15 hours)
- MOOC 3: Course Design Process (15 hours)
- MOOC 4: Engagement strategies (20 hours)
- MOOC 5: Development of Course Materials (15 hours)
- MOOC 6: MOOC Delivery (15 hours)
Course accreditation: the micro-credential was accredited by the Agency of Quality Assurance for Pre-university Education ASCAP (Decision No 24) on October 23, 2025 and registered in the National System of Registration RASH. Validity period: 4 years. In addition, the micro-credential was approved by the Academic Senates of both universities VLORA and SHKODRA.
