Volume of the Micro-credential: 5 ECTS (150 hours)

Course learning objectives: the micro-credential aims to equip participants with the knowledge and skills to effectively design, implement, and evaluate distance learning courses as well as manage online learning environments.

Course structure: The micro-credential includes six courses, each lasting 30 hours (1 ECTS). To complete the programme and receive a micro-credential certificate, learners have to successfully complete four courses (120 hours, 4 ECTS). The first course, Development of a set of digital educational resources, is compulsory. The other three courses can be chosen at will:

  • MOOC 1: Development of a set of digital educational resources
  • MOOC 2: Evaluation of educational achievement
  • MOOC 3: Increasing students’ interest in learning
  • MOOC 4: Artificial intelligence in education
  • MOOC 5: Development of educational video content
  • MOOC 6: Etiquette and safety in the digital learning environment

Course accreditation: the micro-credential was accredited by the Academic Council of the Karazin Kharkiv National University on August 3, 2025. Validity period: 5 years.
